Fun fact: There is also a Stockport on the northwest coast of Tauber, the town gained it’s name from the vast amounts of gravy that is imported via it’s docks. a common saying amongst Tauberian Gnomes is ‘as brown as stockport waters’. (whether or not this is due to unusual amounts of spillage by the haulers guild is another question).
