Cheaper International Shipping Added

We are very pleased to announce that our web store now offers a Royal Mail Tracked International shipping option, alongside DHL Express, for the majority* of destinations.

We know many of our overseas customers would be happy to wait a few extra days to save on shipping and Royal Mail comes in a little over half the cost of DHL!

Besides cost and delivery times, all these services are comparable. This means for USA customer tariffs are pre-paid at checkout and for EU customers VAT is pre-paid, meaning no delays or handling charges regardless which shipping method is selected.

International Trade Accounts (retailers) are unaffected by these changes, which will continue to be shipped DHL Express due to weight restrictions.

*Who is included

• All Non-EU countries are included.

• Within the EU, we are currently only able to offer Royal Mail Delivered Duty Paid to Austria, Cyprus, France, Germany, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland and Ireland.

• Other EU countries will continue to be handled as DHL Delivered Duty Paid shipments for the time being, although we hope to add more EU countries to this list in the coming months.
