US Customers and Tariffs

As of today US Administration tariffs come into force, affecting all parcels coming into the US, including those from our store.

The good news is we are at the lowest tariff rate (10%) of any country and we have integrated this seamlessly into our checkout process.

This means you’ll know exactly what you’re paying upfront, won’t have any delay or disruption in the delivery of your orders (i.e. no emails or cards through your letterbox with a request to pay the tariff before a delivery can be made), or any additional handling charges to pay beyond the tariffs themselves.

Our tests are showing the system all working correctly, but if you run into any issues with the new process please contact us at support@moonstonethegame.com.

If you usually buy from your FLGS, we’ve been in touch with those we already work with to let them know how the tariffs work for them. New retailers are always welcome to get in touch via distribution@moonstonethegame.com too.

Hopefully you can see we’re doing what we can to mitigate the impact of the tariffs as much as we can. Fingers crossed things get easier for us all in future!
