Dusk till Dawn: Two Player Starter Set
“If Gary wants me to spank someone, then that’s what I’ll do…”
Flintlock glared at the goblins through the sight on his rifle. They were cocky, strutting along the cobblestones like they owned the place. Even the pug looked smug. Flickering lantern light glinted off Beaky Bobby’s myriad of flasks, making Flintlock squint.
“What can you see?” Baron von Fancyhat whispered, his back pressed against the wall behind Flintlock. His voice was tense, the eagerness to fight clear.
“They’re walkin’ where we thought,” Flintlock replied.
Eric peeked over the edge of the barrel he was squashed inside. “Baron, my leg is going tingly.”
“Gary, give me strength,” Friar Flavius glanced skyward towards his god, wringing the handle of his bludgeon impatiently.
“We wait until they get to the well, as we agreed.” The Baron glowered and the other men fell silent.
“Pew - Doug, no more sprout treats for you!”
“Grub thinks they thinks we can’ts sees them,” Grub muttered, his toddling footsteps clicking on the cobbles. He blinked all his eyes and popped the knuckles on all his hands.
Sir Pubert chuckled, adjusting his grip on Doug’s reins. “Those moonstones are ours.”
“Wuff,” Doug agreed.
Beaky Bobby glanced at his companions, his breath loud, excited. He palmed a smaller flasked, the neon green contents sloshing.
“When can I run at them?” Viscious Syd’s voice echoed around his helmet.
“Race you!” Pubert cried, kicking Doug’s sides and sending the dog charging towards the surprised humans.
The goblins winced waiting for…
Ppprrrrrrppppptt.
“He shouldn’t have squeezed Doug so tight,” Syd muttered, waving his hand in front of his nose and running full-tilt through the miasma.

FAQs For These Characters

Yes, if Doug performs a Harvest Action on a stone with a depth value of say ‘2’ and manages to flip a 2 or 3, then he gains possession of the stone. Getting a moonstone to 0 or less while in base contact and performing a Harvest Action is the requirement to gain possession.escription text goes here

Yes, area effects always include the active model that originated the effect, unless the phrase 'other models' is used.

Flintlock can only use his Shoot Musket Ability once before needing to use his Reload ability. The reload ability resets the Musket to be used again.
-
In this situation, just like any other arcane ability, you can replay the ability with the remaining cards in your hand, selecting a new target if you wish (provided you have LOS to them). There is no need to reload as this is all going on within a single action, and represents a single shot – hitting multiple targets should you choose this option could be thought of as representing a ricochet from the rifle.
